My classes begin with a moment of tranquility that helps transition from daily life to the practice.
During this time, I introduce the theme of the day, which could be a reflection, quote, or even a scientific fact.
We then move into a fluid and dynamic flow set to music, with each sequence serving as an opportunity to better understand your body, observe your sensations, and work on letting go.
I'm here to provide corrections and variations as necessary.
We conclude the practice with savasana, a period of restful stillness accompanied by the soothing sounds of a Tibetan singing bowl.
This is a yoga practice that's specifically geared towards athletes, but it's not exclusive to them! Anyone looking to improve their mobility or interested in exploring yoga as a beginner is welcome.
The benefits of yoga can help athletes enhance their breathing techniques, become more mobile for smoother and more expansive movements, and build strength in their deep muscles that are useful for all sports and daily activities. Ultimately, this can help improve their overall performance!
Everyone is welcome to join this session, which is safe for pregnant women up to their 5th month. However, those in their 3rd trimester are advised not to participate due to potential risks.
This practice invites us to refocus on the essentials: inhaling and exhaling.
This traditional yoga is a dynamic practice in which we will smoothly chain together different postures (asanas). This sequence, perfectly synchronized with the breath, allows our body to move, observe how it moves, feel and understand the emotions that pass through us. It also calms our mind and gradually brings us back to the present moment.
Different themes will be proposed for each class in order to explore new sensations and vary the pleasures. Depending on the sessions, we will work on strength, flexibility, balance, or grounding.
The objective is for each person to explore their potentialities and limits, whether physical or mental, in order to find a little more peace and well-being.
Vinyasa Yoga practices last between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes and can be found in different locations throughout the week (see schedule and reservation).
