During the retreat, guests can anticipate two guided hikes led by a qualified local mountain guide, Cathie Pruvot.
These hikes will provide ample opportunities to learn about the local fauna and flora, and will take place in the Saint-Jean-de-Sixt area, with the stunning Aravis Range as the backdrop.
Guests will have the chance to explore the local forests, river streams, valleys, meadows with cows and seasonal wildflowers, mountain peaks, and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
These hikes are recommended for those who are capable of climbing 400 meters and walking for 3 hours.
During this retreat Carine will be offering a variety of techniques such as dynamic Vinyasa, Hatha and restorative Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra with Sound Bowls, Breath work Pranayama, Meditation, and yoga Philosophy.
The classes will be adapted to the each guest's needs and abilities and will be taking place outside, weather permitting, with an available indoor option.
Carine will also incorporate intuitive musical instruments, including her famous Tibetan bowl, to provide deep physical and mental relaxation.

A founder of Mont Aiguillee Yoga, Carine is a dynamic and motivated yoga teacher based in Monestier de Clermont, near Grenoble in the French Alps.
Since 2015 Carine has taught a varied audience, ranging from 3 to 99 years old.
Carine's approach to teaching emphasises postural well-being and restoring confidence for overall health in both the body and mind. She adapts her teaching to the individual needs of her students.
As a former high-level sportswoman in volleyball and a fan of ski touring, she integrates yoga as an essential complement for training, stretching and breathing.
Carine's training includes teachings from Béatrice Romeo, Dr. Bernadette de Gasquet, Karine Capdeveille, Cécile Roubaud, François Larcerte, Bernard Mack, Yoann Vitonn, Philippe Beer Gabel... And Carine continues to train every year, always seeking to improve her knowledge and skills.
