Spring Retreat in Switzerland
You will stay in a private single room with bathroom, in an authentic & private Swiss chalet located in a pristine and wild Chateau D'oex - Gstaad Valley, a place still full of traditions and original lifestyle.
Fuel the body and mind with our local vegetarian delicious breakfast, lunch/snack and dinner, prepared by our in-house chef.
Begin your day with an indoor morning yoga class that focuses on waking up the body, stimulating the harmonious flow of energy in the muscles, joints and organs. The evening class of Yoga Nidra or chanting bowls offers a restorative and relaxing state of mind. Yoga equipment is provided.
Enjoy the mountains and get back to nature as you explore the valley and forests of the Swiss Alps together with a certified mountain guide. Transportation included.
Allow yourself to relax completely and enjoy our private Spa: indoor sauna and outdoor jacuzzi with stunning mountain views.

The chalet is in 1h 40min drive distance from Geneva and 2h 50min drive distance from Zurich.
If you travel by car, you can find the chalet by GPS / Waze. Rte de la Frasse 57, 1660 Château-d’Œx, Switzerland. There is parking outside.
Exclusively for our guests, there is a free optional pick up service from the local train station, called Château-d’Œx, to the accommodation. The pick up time is flexible on the arrival day, and must be booked in advance with a retreat organiser.
Ruta is an avid hiker with a passion for nature and the outdoors. She is a seasoned mountain leader, neuro-coach, forest therapy guide, and certified Yin yoga instructor.
Her goal is to share the beauty of the Swiss Alps and promote the connection between nature and human development. With her company, Be Outside Coaching, Ruta delivers immersive and holistic nature experiences in the Swiss Alps.
Her passion for the outdoors and its positive impact on human well-being is contagious, as evidenced by the feedback from participants in her retreats.
As a dancer, Danielle did her first yoga teacher training in Norway. She taught yoga wherever she could before landing in Costa Rica to do another yoga training.
Thanks to teaching and practicing yoga over the years, Danielle learnt to bring balance back into her life, reconnect to Nature and appreciate the ebb and flow of the seasons around.
Danielle teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yogastrology, Meditation allowing each student to get the most out of the practice. She wants to share with the world the Magic Yoga, hoping that her teaching will inspire the others too.
Coralie holds a Master degree in Food Science and Nutrition and worked for several years developing healthy products for international food companies.
Passionate about cooking since she was a child, Coralie followed several courses to become a chef and she decided to focus on plant-based food to act for the planet and health.
Coralie was born in a tiny village in the mountains of French Jura. She is very sensitive to the beauty of nature and connects with it through hiking, skiing and cooking.
