Playful yet thoughtful approach to Yoga. Fluid, creative, and based on respect for the body and mindfulness.
Originally from Scotland, Julia fell in love with yoga while living in New York. After arriving in France, she co-founded O Yoga, the first Vinyasa yoga studio in Lyon, in 2011, where she taught and co-managed the space for several years before leaving the city for the mountains.
Julia has been teaching yoga since 2009. She invites us to use practice to create a space for enrichment, discovery and transformation.
A dynamic and playful yoga that connects movement and breath. A practice that allows us to gain strength, flexibility and balance, but not only…
It is also a key to managing stress, promoting relaxation, and improving concentration. Thus we are more present, more attentive to ourselves and to others, to restore harmony in our lives.
A mother herself, Julia is very involved in yoga and well-being around motherhood, and she has been supporting mothers with prenatal and postnatal yoga since 2010.
A yoga to accompany you throughout your pregnancy to feel good about your body during this period of transformation. Stretch and strengthen your body, calm your mind, and learn to use your breath as a tool for relaxation.
A gentle practice to reconnect with your body and help with postpartum recovery.
Take care of yourself, spend a moment of calm without or with baby, and meet other young mothers.
